Constance Haddad (she/her) joined the Stupski team in 2024 as the human resources director after supporting the Foundation’s work in a consulting capacity since 2021. In her role, Constance integrates the Foundation’s values of community, collaboration, equity, and responsiveness into our people operations. To put those values into practice, she focuses on supporting staff through professional and individual development programs that cater to each person’s unique skills and goals to set them up for success beyond Stupski’s spend down.
Prior to Stupski, Constance worked at the nonprofit Upstream USA, whose mission is to ensure all patients have access to equitable patient-centered contraceptive care. Eager to work with other impactful groups, she continued to specialize in partnering with nonprofit organizations through her HR consultancy work.
Constance graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies. She continues to honor the USF tradition of service by participating in the USF Alumni Mentorship program. She holds an HR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
